Instructions to the authors

Submission of papers

Submissions, in the form of oral communications or posters, may be in English or in French.

Proposals for oral communications require the submission of a two-page abstract using one of the following templates. Use of these templates is compulsory so that the proceedings of the symposium can be published.

Posters should be prepared in A0 format (no template provided) and submitted as a PDF document. If accepted, authors should print their poster and bring it to the symposium. A prize will be awarded for the best poster.

Key dates

• February 12, 2019 : deadline for the submission of abstracts of oral communications and posters
• Mars 18, 2019 : feedback of evaluations to authors
• April 1, 2019 : submission of the final versions of the abstracts of oral communications and of the selected posters
• May 20, 2019 : deadline for registration with priority for lunch and social events
• June 21, 2019 : deadline for registration
• June 26-28, 2019 : symposium
